First time to the pub in about two months - new owners. New bartender, his second day, seems lost and not terribly friendly. There’s someone from the State filling out paperwork at the bar. I grab my usual table near the outlet with a diet coke

I sincerely hope they leave the place pretty much as-is... that pub has some real character...

So far, yes. I'm eager to see how it changes, if it does.

I would like to think that the new owners would keep it like it was before, because that's what made people return. Muzak doesn't sound like much of an improvement.

What kills me is they have a killer sound system in that place. PLUS, I mixed them a CD. Damn it.

I hope they don't. It's a great place.
