Hey there! He's not actually having seizures, that's just what Dean said to cover up what's going on, which they don't know what that is either. But to someone watching him, that's what it looks like, sorta...I guess...hehhe...But he is having some serious mental breakdown issues. Poor Sam, having a really bad day.
