That is an excellent point!!

Though, despite the books writing being really good, I have known so many people to say a lot of negative things about them.

I don't listen, and I still enjoy them. :)

Do you mean the Anita Blake books or Sunny's Mona Lisa series?

I'm used to people trashing Anita Blake. I'm not sure I've really paid attention to what people are saying about Sunny's series.

For the Anita Blake books, I haven't been crazy about the last few books, but I refuse to let that color my impression of the bulk of the series. I adore the bulk of the series.
