What Have I Been Doing With My Time?

I've had a lot of time on my hands for the past three months, which is not something I've had for a long time. It's been fun. Sometimes, I think, it might be a little too much fun. So, what have I been doing with my time?

okay i've been trying to make mozzarella for weeks now and have failed each time..what did you do?

We followed the directions on a blog I found:

which worked pretty nicely, but I think it could use some improvement. I'm going to do a little reading and try again.

It's funny you should ask because half of my kitchen experiments make me think of you. I decided it wouldn't be worth grinding my own flour, though.

I really don't know if I deserve it, but it's the situation I'm in, so I'm trying to make the best of it. (And it's working!)

What wonderful ways to spend your time off. You definitely deserve it, especially after the past hellacious nine months. And you'll know when (or if) it's time to pursue some sort of "career path" more intensely -- but you're already a valuable human being who's making the world a better place, even if you're not being paid for it.
