It generally doesn't. mgarlan has edited a fair bit of stuff on the machine (hence allowing more free-play opportunities and such), and one thing you can edit are the status messages. In fact, the "Machine Record #11?" thing was also added by him.
The normal message is "Full Fantastic Combo". Also amusing is that if you get exactly one excellent, instead of "One Excellent", it says roughly "QUADSTAAA... oh wait".
