Well, either you're doomed and she doesnt want you to worry about it on your last days alive, or there really isn't anything to worry about and she knows that (being a doctor and all).

Either way, the stress can't be good for you. Feel better dammit!

You're probably right, she probably doesn't want me to worry during my last few doomed days alive. ;)

Yeah, I doubt the stress is really good for me.

Jacob, don't stress too much. that will only make things worser. Also don't drink caffiene. If you really must have just a bit drink decaff coffee or green tea. And eat spinach. Not because it has magical blood pressure reducing qualities, but because it is delicious. I love spinach.

My friend Sylvie has a problem with low blood pressure sometimes, so she has to eat more salt and drink more caffiene. I wish I had that problem, but she has a hole in her heart. I don't wish I had that problem.

Elspeth, I hate to break it to you, but I really don't like spinach. But I'm trying not to stress too much though, and thank you. I would really hate to give up my caffiene habit. Its what gets me through the days. Plus, when I'm talking to some moron while drinking my scalding hot coffee, I like to think bad thoughts to myself on the inside about throwing it in their faces, and then that makes me laugh out loud, and then it makes me feel better about talking to morons. Does that make me a bad person? Even if I don't throw it in their faces?

I'm sorry Sylvie has a hole in her heart. That is sad. I do wish I had the ability to eat more salty things and drink more caffiene though. I think I should check out getting back into yoga. Or Tai Chi. That would be happy.

hmmmm, not talking to morons might lower your blood pressure significantly.

Thats true... But it can be so hard sometimes to not find oneself in contact with them. They often times have an uncanny ability to just pop up out of nowhere.
