Tomorrow I will be normal again. I will go downstairs and be with my children abd not yell at them for normal curisoitys. I will cook, clean , and take care of my family. I will push down this depression that has me and pretend it doesn't exist. I will be happy. I will smile. I will hide the pain. Abracadabra and Hocus Pocus....Magical me.

Honey, I don't want to crush your resolve, but pushing down depression and pretending it doesn't exist isn't healthy for you or your family. I understand you might not have the resources to get on meds or anything like that, but there are other ways to deal with depresion in a healthy way.
