[sharing] Chieco Kawabe
I found Chieco Kawabe, who also played as Sailor Mercury for Sailor Moon Musical long time ago, just the same way most of you did - Ouran Host Club. I had to admit I was such a fan for the animu but not so much for the opening theme. It's a bit too girlish-pop at first listen and I never listen to opening theme for more than once when watching animu. I usually skip them. It wasn't when I found a video of the song Sakura Kiss, added by the fact I was over with the animu fandom days, I found her extremely lovable. But my ultimate first love would be Candy Baby. And then be your girl, Shining! and Kizunairo. By that time I was convinced to listen to her whole discography, and though I was disappointed by her hiatus/retirement announcement to be married and have a family, I still wish she would return to the music industry.
She's definitely recommended if you enjoy fun songs.
