Really, there is NEVER enough time. I'm can't wait for The Golden Lily, and The City of Lost Souls. Also, whenever the next Caster Chronicle comes out.
I still have to read Beautiful Chaos - I was so close to buying it but when I realised that it wasn't the last in the series I bumped it lower down my list.
The Bloodlines series looks really popular and it sounds good - might have to give it a read!
Beautiful Chaos was good. But I'm pretty sure there will be at least 3 other books in the series. I think. This was definitely not the last one. I NEED the next book pronto. And I think I love and adore Macon so much more than I ever have. And Link. Good heavens, he is such a fun character to read and discover.
Bloodlines is excellent, and I think you would enjoy it. It has a lot of details from the Vampire Academy series that, if you don't know, then you may be lost. But much of that world is explained in the book throughout. I've already pre-ordered The Golden Lily (#2).
other than Fitzgerald and Evanovich (one for the money is a fun read - I've read all of the Stephanie Plum books) I don't know these books so I feel like a moron.
However, I noticed several interesting tie ins to a certain show. 29) Coffee angel - Cas, once the leviathans dissolved out of him, was left with amnesia when he woke on the far shore. He became a barista. 25) The Demon Trapper's Daughter - Jo Harvelle's biography. 24) Zombies vs Unicorns - MrsCftw's next fanfic 7) Witch and Wizard - The couple from Shut up, Dr Phil move to a small town in West Virgina 4) Leviathan - Dick Roman vs. the world
You don't have to know any of them. I've forgotten the plots of a bunch of these. I was told that The Demon Trapper's Daughter was awesome, and Leviathan? Eh, it's a toss-up for that. Witch and Wizard sounds really good.
Though, I admit, I LOVE your story ideas.
We need to prod MrsC into writing Zombies vs. Unicorns. And I'll make a banner for it! :D
Oh, I have Her Fearful Symmetry since Christmas shopping last year. I don't really get to read a lot of books anymore. I'm usually too tired before bedtime.
I like how you sprinkled in some classics. I try to do that as well. At least one classic novel a year. Didn't happen in 2011, but I read half of Alice in Wonderland.
Speak looks and sounds... very depressing. I'll wait on that one until later. Amy and Roger's Epic Detour sounds fun and light. Might add that after finishing Hades and One For The Money.

Good goals, though, I'm jealous.

I'm trying to work in some classical lit, too. It can't all be supernatural young adult, right? LOL

No, sadly it can't. But yep, what's usually what I read as well. ;)
