Unpacking shoes and hair styling things is like unpacking a paean to the person I obviously wish I was. :p

I just did a shoe purge and got rid of about a third of my shoes, sandals, and boots--many of them because they were so uncomfortable I never wore them. Also, some heels. Sigh.

The bathroom shelf is up next. NOT looking forward to it. My blow dryer only gets used when I have to put the winterizing plastic on my windows :-)

When we moved last I finally purged two drawers worth of hair ties, clips and bands since I've been wearing my hair short for 8-10 years

....and somehow I've let it get long again.

My ponytail holders have gone walkabout - I'm left with some nearly dead ones. But I too have a grand supply of stuff I don't actually use on my hair. It's interesting - we should do a show and tell sometime!

My collection of Fang-restraints seems very sad and forlorn now that Fang has departed leaving me with shortish hair. I'm growing it out again but will probably never justify the longer chopsticks. (I do have some more petite hairsticks that I can probably use in another few months.)
