I’ve just put a deposit down on new digs to rent. It’s closer to my parents’ than our current place, right next to a park and to the Botanic Gardens, and has a small back yard for Young Indiana to play in. Of these 101 best-written TV show series...

Now I want to make one of those meme things where you bold and italicize which ones you watched and stuff. I just skimmed the top 10 and was like 'I've watched episodes of all of those'... :)

There is another quote from his writing which is seen more often, and which I love.

"I am aware that many object to the severity of my language; but is there not cause for severity? I will be as harsh as truth, and as uncompromising as justice. On this subject, I do not wish to think, or to speak, or write, with moderation. No! No! Tell a man whose house is on fire to give a moderate alarm; tell him to moderately rescue his wife from the hands of the ravisher; tell the mother to gradually extricate her babe from the fire into which it has fallen; - but urge me not to use moderation in a cause like the present. I am in earnest - I will not equivocate - I will not excuse - I will not retreat a single inch - AND I WILL BE HEARD."

A great man.

That Garrison quote is amazing. Thanks for sharing it.

Oh and I agree with Justified being on that list, but I would move it way, way up toward the top. Especially the most recent season. I can't remember if the first season was really that excellent or if was just Timothy Olyphant syndrome, but it has gotten really good. Every line of dialogue priceless. (or it's just Timothy Olyphant, but I'm pretty sure that's not the case...)
