Following up on Kristine Kathryn Rusch’s industry sea changes post from last week: it’s fairly clear from responses that from outside the publishing industry (and indeed, perhaps from within it), KKR’s post is all but written in a foreign language. Thank you for the summary! (Let me essplain . . . no, is too much. Let me sum up.) I'm glad to see that I sussed it out correctly, even if it did make my brain hurt.

Hah! I think I actually did get that in the original. I just wasn't clear or sure..

Some of the implications of it didn't automatically follow for me. Except to see that changes are acomin' and you need to be ready.

Certainly one way to bring these books to the attention of book stores would be for people who want print copies to ask for them there? Since I do ebooks that isn't a mission for me...
