Or maybe mental health day. Not a good sign to be taking one after 2 days of work, but I got revision notes on HEART OF STONE _and_ PHOENIX LAW, and that always requires some mental health time.

Well, borrowing would be much much cheaper. Maybe I'll buy a couple today when I go in and swing by the store next week to borrow some more from you! Would that be ok? I can bring you your copy of FIREBIRD DECEPTION then too.

If you ever get to these parts for a visit, I should take you to see my hair wench. She is most excellent and has never, ever messed up the hair of anyone I've known who has gone to her. I think the stuff she's done with mine looks pretty spiffy...or at least, as spiffy as possible given what she has to work with.

I think before you do anything else to you hair, you need to decide just what kind of hair your hippy alternate writer has, then you can justify to yourself any further hair adjustments as a business expense.

Sadly, with the whole no taxes for artists thing, there are also no writeoffs for artists, so far as I can tell. :)

Well that hardly seems fair!!

But you have justification for spending the money anyway--it's for writing, you *need* to do this!
