Is anybody on my friends-list a Boston criminal lawyer, or do you happen to know one who might be willing to answer a couple questions for me? I would be hugely appreciative!

It's, er, about kidnapping. Not across state lines, though, so presumably it's a state and not a federal issue...

According to what i know from tv, "state lines" makes it federal and it would likely be a state issue. Although on "Without a Trace" those FBI agents are always investigating missing persons, so...

Wait, I'm supposed to know stuff from other than TV? Are you sure?

IANAL, but to the best of my ability to tell you cannot actually perform a citizen's arrest on the guy who laid out the streets and labeled them, for some absurd reason. He's got to be guilty of at least one case of negligent homicide a month.
