I did my Pilates FOUR WHOLE TIMES this week. The beginner’s workout is definitely easier than it was, although it’s also still a good workout. Another week and I’ll nerve myself up to trying the intermediate one, which I haven’t even looked at. May I reccommend 'on the third tentacle' which I have successfully used for several years now - you never run out of tentacles.

Hey - you are not late with a book until they call you and tell you to stop at the next paragraph and that the motorcycle delivery man is on his way around to collect it.

Which ever way you go I know you, you will work as hard and as fast as you can to get the book done as best you can get it. Neither you nor anyone else can ask you to work faster or harder. And remember most of the 'late' books in the last few years were late because of someone else setting the whole queue behind in time.

Meanwhile I love the comment about tentacles!
