I am reminded to announce that sadly, I will not be attending MeCon this year. The world has not conspired to permit it. Mean ol’ world.

Did you see the Children in Need special where Rose and the Doctor have a little chat just after the change to Tennant? It's heartbreaking.

I haven't seen that, although I've heard of it. I've got to find it. I'm sure it's on YouTube...

I bought myself a Doctor Who sonic screwdriver to celebrate getting a bonus at work. It's a rather cheaply made toy, but I still enjoy pointing it at doors and making it go all sonic.

Sad that you aren't going to MeCon...I was thinking of going but then life interfered too so I'll save my money for holidays instead. And so will manage to hopefully see you for your FP signings.

I've come to love the good Dr. only recently because the show never aired in South Africa. So living in the UK has made up for that gap in our lives = yay.

I hope your arty creativity doesn't do your head in. Have you ever been to visit Terri Windling's site? This is her site: http://windling.typepad.com/blog/ - I can barely draw a stick figure but love her writing and art.
