Online conversation just now, regarding tin whistles and guitars and broken fingers (yes, still damaged; we think I probably cracked a bone or two):

Kit: so. that’s my goal.
Trent: Heal, learn tin whistle, then move on to guitar?
Kit: pretty much. despite the fact that tin whistle does not in any way translate to guitar.

Yah, I read the Spidey novel earlier this year and thought it hit all the right notes, unlike basically any Spider-Man comic I've seen in years. :)

Liz (My LizTM) will laugh out loud while reading Jim's Dresden series. It's gotten to the point where she'll start laughing and I'll look over and ask, "All right, what did Bob do now?"

Jim Butcher wrote a spider-man novel?!!? And I haven't seen it yet?!? There is NO justice in this world!

We're going to see Indiana Jones tonight. I anticipate it will be awful but I'll enjoy it anyway.

it came out a couple years ago. It's called SPIDER-MAN: THE DARKEST HOURS, and yeah, pretty good. :)
