Hey - used to perform in Amateur shows, and I can tell you some of them were so much better than 'professional' ones I've seen.

(and no way in hell will the photos of me on stage ever show up on-line)

Yeah, I realize I'm maligning zillions of amateurs with the phrase, but you have to admit it's the easiest way to get across what I'm trying to imply. :)
