"Could We Start Again, Please" from JCSS?
Billy Joel's "River of Dreams" maybe goes with the theme. And while Rush is not really strong on this topic, you might consider "Mission" or "Animate".

I'd also put in a vote for Dwight Yoakam's "It Is Well With My Soul," though I will admit Dwight is not an artist who appeals to everyone.
You might also consider Queen's "My Life Has Been Saved," Richard Marx's "Have Mercy," and Josh Turner's "Long Black Train" and "For the Love of God."
