Just a heads up--I have published work individually with Kobo and Nook, and also done it through Draft2Digital. D2D somehow gets books up faster on all sites, including Apple.

Just minor detail. You mentioned when talking about printed self published books that the paper was slightly weightier. I recently reread several books from a series I bought in the early 1990's. Those pages were also weightier and I really liked it better. And I don't know if it is changes in the font or if the pages are a smidge wider but those older books were more reader friendly.

I went into Barnes and Nobles last night and asked if they had it in stock. They did not, but they were able to order it.
