I notice you added some tiers and the tiers all beneath them say "as above" -- which NOW looks like it means those tiers get things like fudge and signed hardcovers when they didn't before. You might want to clarify what those tiers get in the FAQ.

*grin* You're right, I do. Considering my experience with the "Best of Town" awards, I've seen a dramatic difference in results when I promote it versus when I don't. Besides, it's not like you're farting around selling lemonade; this is how you make your living.

I have some thinky-thoughts on your expressed desire to reach new readers, rather than continuing with the same core readership you've got. I was wondering about some sort of referral plan, something about if you could figure out new readers versus current readers by login IDs, and then I realized that you could make number of participantsa stretch goal
