Picture is taken from Blk 1008 Toa Payoh North, SPH Communication Resources, level 7. The road in front is Braddell Road.

For once I'm stumped!

Looks like the flyover that connects Tampines and Eunos, and goes over Bedok Reservior... But then again, doesn't look like it... Anyway there's no SPC there so I know I'm wrong... LOL!~
