<3 I'm very relieved to hear this -- also not surprised that folks were uninformed about which insurances they take; that was a really hard thing to keep track of and took me a long time to learn, when I worked in that industry. But it also means I'm terribly familiar with how much this sucks.

ALSO, I haven't seen any notice that we actually have lost the old insurance as of 4/1, so I'm just going to have my therapists put in with the old coverage... it'll at least buy me some time.

Also found out today that we have the library's old insurance for another 10 days, so not as dire... not great, but not on FIRE. :)
