Apartment = CLEAN. Even the shower. It's not perfect, but to be fair the shower is kind of a piece of crap. Whoever did the caulking didn't do a very good job.
Just in time for me to shower and go out to dinner. Nap = nonexistant. That's ok though - we're winding up the evening at my place, so I can go *foomf* anytime I want. :) -

A plan! That didn't work out so well.
Managed to get my taxes finished (hooray refund), but slept in till 10:30. I'm only just now finishing my second cup of coffee. House: still uncleaned. Me: still tired. Steph: Imminent. Reservations for tonight: Unmade. Neighbors upstairs: Loud. Kittehs: Not annoying at the moment. Am confused. -

Exhausted. Round 2 of the plague (re-caught from The Beau after he didn't finish his antibiotics and it mutated, at least that's my guess) is kicking my ASS. Yesterday I felt miserable (congestion, cough) and went to the doctor; I got cough syrup with codeine so at least the cough went away long enough for me to sleep... but of course today I am ( Read more... ) -

Happy 33rd birthday to me! My gift is that the illness I had successfully ignored all weekend has progressed to a full-blown cold, complete with sinus pressure, loss of voice, snot, and a lingering sore throat. I'd be more upset about being sick on my bday, but the reason I ignored being ill all weekend was to enjoy going out to dinner on Saturday ( Read more... )
