I bought a small laminator~! It also makes stickers and magnets...all up to 5 inches! I'm excited, maybe I WILL be able to sell stuff at an art table! Of course I actually need drawings to laminate, but...that's a minor setback XD I initially set out today to buy a button pin making kit, but I couldn't find ANY that had more than 8 buttons. Um

Warning about button-makers: the cheapest, crappiest machine possible that makes sellable buttons is Badge-A-Minit for about $100, but it's a complex process, takes a lot of skill, and even then the fail ratio is about 50% [assuming you want buttons in pristine condition]. However, the professional machines cost $200-$300... to only make a single size... and not including the actual button parts.

I only know this because every year, DA/Myly/myself invest in something new-- last year was actually a laminator, haha, which was totally an amazing investment-- but anyway, this year we got a button-maker. I researched them for hours and hours, and I even had the added benefit of having worked with a few prototypes before.

We did end up going with the aforementioned Badge-A-Minit, but again, even that costs a significant investment. :< THAT HAVING BEEN SAID, we HAVE it now, so if you'd like, you can borrow our machine and make yourself some buttons

Oooooh crap XD I just bought a really cheap button maker. Like....reeeeeeally cheap XD Oh well, I'll see what it does. I thought they all did basically the same thing. At the very least I have my laminator n_n;;;

Nah, so long as you keep your receipt, you can easily return it. :D So there's not -really- any enormous risk. Maybe you found a gem!

That's true, but I bought it online so I don't really know their return policy. Hopefully it's something easy.

ANYway if it does suck, I would gladly pay for blank buttons to use in your machine. I was only going to make like, 30, because I don't except to be selling a lot XD I'm drawing some cute hamsters cuddling things. Hams need to be put back on the art market. I WILL BRING THE HAM BACK D8
