Happy birthday Bao. Crab stick salad is one of my favourites too. How do you cooked your braised mushrooms? They look delicious. Fingers crossed for you with the new variants. We are seeing them quite a lot and it has been really hard to get the numbers back down. We aren’t there yet, but at least they are dropping.

I got the braised mushroom from 彼's aunt so I just had to heat it up, but I'm interested to make it myself too.

Hm. We are all urged by the government to work remotely until the end of June. We've been in lockdown ever since December. I forgot how normal life feels like. ^^;
