12 weeksAnother week gone. I've come to realize that I really don't have that much time left in Japan. About 12 weeks left, one which I will be going back to Singapore from 29th-4th January for XZ's cancelled wedding. At least 3-4 weekends to be spent on snowboarding. 1 weekend for when YW comes over around mid Dec. 1 weekend to pack before I fly ( Read more... )

Beautiful pictures and that art institute was lovely! Those trees though were my favorite! Absolutely breathtaking (and you say you’ve seen an illumination even better-amazing!) I am super jealous that you are in Japan. I’m planning to go in several years, once I save up for it and get enough leave from work, but that’ll take some time. I’m excited to see more of your adventure there! Let me know if there are any must see places in Japan!

Oh, the food looks delicious! Glad you found some authentic Taiwan food and beer. Sometimes we miss the taste of home, haha!

Thank you. The Art center was really beautiful! I would love to visit it again if they have new exhibits soon!

Japan is really awesome. I hope you get a chance to come soon! For first time visit, I would say Tokyo or Hokkaido! Hokkaido is really beautiful and one of my favorite places in Japan. I stayed there for one year but sadly won't be going there any time soon...

What an awesome trip. I love the photographs, glad you were able to get Taiwanese food and see the exhibit. I love the pictures and especially the light show. (When I was growing up in the 1970s, Hartford Connecticut used to have a light display around Christmas time, but it wasn't anything like this.) Thanks for sharing this and enjoy your travels!

It was a really nice trip and the Taiwan food was great!

Ooo I have to say Japan's light shows are really cool. I don't see things like this in Singapore/Malaysia or Taiwan either.. In Japan it is like fields of bulbs and it is really beautiful!

Awesome. I still haven't visited any countries in East Asia and I hope to one day soon. You are blessed to be able to partake of so many cultures.

I guess it is easier to travel Asia since I live in Asia. I haven't been to much of Europe and have yet to step foot on America. Hope to be able to visit more of those regions in future!
