Haha I don't recommend Wagyu for Steamboat either. Or you have to scoop out the oil quickly after.

Wagyu is still best enjoyed as steak/yakiniku, or you can try Yakishabu next time also~

lol it was pek's idea to buy and put wagyu in it.. i think she didnt' realize how oily it was.
