Miyavi shinsengumi cosplay?

 I keep seeing pics and icons of Miyavi in shinsengumi cosplay (although the haori is a bit lighter than normal, maybe it's the lighting)

For those that don't know what the Shinsengumi uniform looks like, there's a gray hakama (pants part), a blue w/white triangles haori (jacket), and a white/gray/etc. kimono.

Is his cosplay from a magazine
