"His years as a pagan god haven’t left him with much patience" I love this line. Gabriel would be aggressive in pursuing Sam.

the ending was fantastic though! great way to say so much in so few words. I wouldn't mind seeing Sam's POV on this, because even though he's 'just rolling with it', you know his mind is moving at a million miles with this new twist of things.
