New icons: Tori Amos, football and several icontest entries

Finally a new icon post by me! Under the cut you'll find Tori Amos and football (Brasil and the Netherlands) icons and also a lot of different fandom icons, as I had to post these old icontest entries I still had lying around. I wanted to finally upload and post them. I hope you like this batch!
