well, if i'm not wrong, it's a place where sometimes the je boys go down to do stuffs.. and i think all fanmails are sent to that place and sometimes they collect the mails from there as well. then, there are also clips shown .. I THINK. i wanna visit the place if i ever get to go Japan.. XD
