LMAO!!!! omg...funniest thing ever! those type of guys make us mexicans look bad haha but it happens. ALL THE TIME! no matter where you are, they're lurking on the side staring at you. ugh...i hate passing by construction sites cuz that's where all the whistling goes down lol
