Yakisoba

I have a ridiculous amount of noodles, so I'm trying to find ways to use them up. I've made my version of yakisoba a couple of times, and it's quite tasty, plus a good way to use up odds and ends of various vegetables. ^_^

yaki soba is my favourite food!! in Japan I ate yaki soba sandwiches every morning! well.. they were more like sweet sticky hot dog buns with yaki soba inside, vegetarian but no vegetables woohoo! and pickled red ginger mmmmmmmmm

I am rubbish so I dont put vegetables in mine apart from maybe spring onions ~ but ohh man it was so good. I dream about that bakery a LOT!! =D

I have dreams sometimes about Bread Talk, which was a bakery I frequented in Beijing (though I think the company is from Singapore). They made a curry bread that was AMAZING. Oh Bread Talk, I miss you...
