The fact that Heinberg kinda promised a kiss has me worried, though. I mean... at this point what would make a kiss meaningful?... I'm afraid of the implications of that. {And I'm secretly hoping issue #5 will feature a scene where Hulkling first punches and then kisses Wiccan calling him an idiot because I'd laugh forever at that} But I would't be surprised if Heinberg had found a way to include the very first B/T kiss in the ACCSpecial. It'd be a clever way to show it to the readers.
There is lots of stuff they could do. I would prefer that Hulking not punch Billy. There are couples where they would work, but I would really, really prefer that Teddy not do that.
I still find suspicious that all the hetero Young Avengers have kissed on panel, whereas our very lovely and steady gay couple hasn´t. But let´s hope it´s as Heinberg says, he´s just waiting for the perfect moment to let them kiss.

They might not have kissed yet but they've been shown to share a lot of intimate and meaningful moments, whereas the others haven't. Plus, as someone pointed out elswhere, Heinberg only had Nate and Cassie kissing on panel.

.... NO. I can't see the point of that. Comics are comics, manga are manga. They belong to two different cultures. I'd be really disappointed if Heinberg suddenly changed his mind and had his characters (even Kate and Tommy or Cassie and Jonas) snogging from nowhere

From nowhere? They are already a steady couple who love each other very much. It would be just another step in their relationship, it wouldn´t be OOC at all.I didn't say it would be OOC. They're two male teenagers: they probably snog all day long. But if he had them kissing out of nowhwere and for no reason at this point it would be just plain fanservice. Sometimes authors can manage to do a little fanservice without hurting the plot, but in this case... Why having them kiss like that when you can do something meaningful about it
