It's a pretty nice day, which is why he's outside and eventually he ends up under the tree, peering up at the inhabitant.
"Was wondering how long before you busted out."

A cookie is tossed down to him though she stays up for now.

He pops the cookie into his mouth and chews it, then once he's swallowed he backs up a few steps before jumping up and hauling himself up onto the lowest branch.
Scaling walls isn't a problem - neither is this tree.

It's when he's pushing the hat back - should have just left it inside, he thinks, he hates wearing it on his personal time - that he spots the girl in the tree. Interesting place to read, though she does look so thoroughly at home there that his curiosity is piqued a bit. He removes the hat entirely and moves toward the tree.
"Good book?" His voice and appearance are relaxed, genial, and fairly shout that he is completely harmless. To be fair, at the moment, he is. There's no reason right now not to be.
(Tiwa may note a resemblance to a certain Danish prince; Iago is more solidly built and not nearly so thin in the face, but it's still there.)

Then she gives him a headtilt as she peers down,
"Do you have a brother?"

He has two brothers and a sister, but he finds that this answer can be helpful in avoiding tedious small talk. It's even less relevant than usual in Milliways, anyway, unless one of them has managed to find his way here. Possible, but unlikely.
