Aside from the official rules, there are a lot of handy guidelines that get passed down to new patrons of the Bar at the End of the Universe. Things like "don't eat any food you didn't order," "don't go outside on the night of the full moon," and "don't fuck with the Oompa-Loompas ( Read more... )

...Chairs are supposed to be safe things.

This is Arnold's first thought when he finds himself in an unusual state after sitting in an innocent-looking chair.

His next thought is that he's kind of hungry, but that's not something he can help at the moment.

Anyway, he would probably be pretty gratified to know that he looks just like his pet Abner. If he could get a look at himself.

Somebody come have pity on the confused pig?

Arnold watches, cautiously, and decides after a bit that the scary cat isn't after him, specifically.

Therefore he gives a tentative piggy tail waggle and gives chase as well.

...He's nine years old, he can't help wanting to play. Geez.

Nathan Wallace is in his early forties and he's having a ball.

Flipping onto his back, he bats at a dust-mote before making a happy chuffing noise.

When he catches the pig's scent.

He has enough control as a human (The crazed medic gives no anesthetic!/Ninety days liquidation gets you REPO-TREATMENT!) not to attack but...

He stares at the pig.

This is fun.

This time, Arnold is less scared and more competitive.

He puffs up and wags his tail in anticipation.

Bring it~

He has claws as a man. Not many men can say this.

He has his scalpel and his tools and as a cat he has-

They're out with a flick of the wrist and a very evil grin on Nathan's face-the most human of his animal expressions. Somewhere between I want your brain, and Let's play!

He's on his paws in a flash, smiling.

[ooc: curse you for making upload another piggy icon xDD]

Arnold bares his teeth and paws the ground like a bull.

He's got hooves and he knows how to kick...and he might have an unpleasant bite, too. He's ready to rumble!

Nathan? Nathan has speed.

He leaps-his leap-

Carrying him over the pig to slam into a chair. fail!.

Nathan will be over here wrestling with the chair for a moment....

[HEE HEE. CAT VERSUS PIG FOR THE WIN!]

Now it's a cat-pig-chair shenanigan-laden fiasco!

On the other side of the room, Alyx perks up.

Something smells delicious.

OH NO NOT AGAIN

Well. Arnold hasn't noticed the tiger yet. So he's still nosing around his pile of clothes.

Fun fact: tigers always attack their prey from behind. Some people in India wear masks on the backs of their heads to foil just such an attack.

The pig is currently facing away from Alyx, and is not wearing a mask on the back of its head.

Alyx drops into a low crouch, tail twitching, eyes fixed on Arnold.

Hmmm, what do we have here. Sweater, shirt that everyone mistakes for a kilt, blue jeans....oh hey, there's his harmonica!

He'll just be attempting to blow a few notes on the thing, while still (unfortunately) facing away from the tiger in the room.

Also oink oink oink oink oink!

Unexpected tiger is VERY UNEXPECTED.

Not quite as unexpected as she might have been; she jostled a nearby chair during her approach and that alerted her prey just enough to let him wriggle free.

The tiger is in hot pursuit, though. Come back here, dinner!

Run awaaaaaaaaaaay!

He's very fast, at least, and can squeeze into much smaller spaces than a tiger could, which is why he's darting under every table and chair available.
