She isn't noticed immediately.

Mia is more focused on Narcissa and what to do about her weeping daughter that she didn't know about.

"Now, what makes you think your Papa doesn't love you?"

She sniffles and says, "He said he don't even know me."

The little girl rubs her eyes with the back of her hands before she notices Ginny. And just watches sort of owlishly.

Ginny steps closer and then moves as she looks at them eavesdropping a 10 year old doesn't know better. She looks at the little girl then.

Mia slowly follows Cissa's gaze, but it's the little girl who pipes up with, "That you, Lily?"
