This is not the green space on campus Angel was looking for.
...But at the same time, it's not on campus. And while the situation isn't desperate, he'll still take full advantage of getting away from the place.
And so, there is sitting down on a couch with a book. A fun book, not a school book.

This is actually not the space Mark was looking for either. But it's actually a subject he'll never turn down. He squats none too far away filming.

Mark? Filming? Perish the thought!
Eventually, as happens, the whole thing catches Angel's attention. "You have any idea what's going on here, honey?"

[mm_quinby]

"All I know is that it's not Central Park." Mark shuts off the camera, standing, and sitting next to Angel. Hey. The space wasn't being used. "I was trying to do one of my class assignments, and I ended up here. Wherever here is."

[hermit_of]

And there is leaning.
"Figured I'd go outside and try to relax some. This may not be outside, but it's not on campus, so I'll take it."

[mm_quinby]

On an armchair not too far is a blonde girl, wearing a white uniform with quite a few patches on the arm and chest. The jacket is open, revealing a t-shirt underneath. She is working on a laptop computer, headphones on her head, oblivious to the fact that she's not in her apartment.

"...Damn, that's a lot of patches."
And Angel has no idea what any of them mean, but hey. They still look cool.

[mm_quinby]

It's a good thing that there was a pause in Quinby's music. She looks up, blinking for a moment, and shrugs, taking the headphones off. "Honestly, half of them don't mean anything. They just had to make me look like I deserve the bloated rank I have to get the clearance I need." She shrugs, a strange coldness to her manner. "I think I have a patch for passing advanced strategy."

[hermit_of]

And Angel blinks. "Sounds like the government for you."
Just... not as he's familiar with it.
