What is is about Uniqlo stores - does this happen anywhere else? I was wandering around one at lunch today and every so often a salesperson randomly walking around the store would shout "welcome to Uniqlo!" and the cry would be repeated by any other salespeople within earshot. I have never heard of that - mind you, I live in deepest Somerset... *g* Bit scary I'd've thought, as if you'd stumbled into some odd mating ritual...

Eep for potential changes again - shall cross fingers it doesn't mean upheaval...

It's really bizarre and a bit disturbing, yes. Still not as odd as dining at Lone Star Tavern, where every fifteen minutes or so the music starts up and all the waiters stop whatever they're doing and line dance until the music stops again....

That's pretty weird and unsettling. I've never been in one as they're only in a handful of major cities in the US.

I will keep my fingers crossed that everything works out well with the job.

It's only the second time for me; the shop opened earlier this year and I went for a squizz at that time. Just weird.

Thank you - I'm hoping nothing changes, but working on plan B.
