Leonora/Luzenio cuz, their name sounds a bit Spanish and Filipino-ish, The Surname Vi Miranda comes from the ,what you called, "dalawang pulo", Visayas and Mindanao.

Spain appeared! (Spanish Control)
At first, the two welcomed Spain open-hands and treated him like a brother...some sort. All though, Leonora was very kind to this new face, Luzenio was having negative thoughts on why this creature suddenly appears before them. Spain really likes how Leonora treats him and he asked for her hand of marriage, but, as a brother, Luzenio intruded and disagreed immediately. After that, they fought for her and unfortunately Luzenio died. aww...tragedy *sniff*

When Japanese arrived at the Philippines, the Japanese fought the Filipinos and American Soldiers. As a matter of time, was that Years??, the Americans and Filipinos surrendered because they know they'll lose...
When American and Filipino Soldiers surrendered, the Japanese made them as Slaves? whatever i forgot--a Prisoners!! yeah prisoners... they were forced to walk on Foot. From Leyte to Bataan, in short Death March.

Children at ages 0-8/9 years old were thrown above and shoot gun fire..i think this is both for Male and Female
