There has been a lack of criminals in the cells lately. To some people, that would be concerned a good thing. However, that is wishful thinking. I have a feeling they have gotten much smarter in their methods.

I will update my traps and see what that does.

Sagara, while your zeal is refreshing, I doubt anything else you do can be any more effective. We've got tracking and security systems all over town. Between those and our intelligence and patrol units a crook can't make a move without us knowing.
