Saw "Friday Night Lights" today. Great movie. Even if you don't like football. (I do, and a lot.) Some of the best acting I've seen. I was balling my eyes out at one point. For a few moments the movie jumped into my chest. Man that was awesome acting. So utterly defeated. Beautiful. I highly recommend this movie. It started out rather ( Read more... )

17 hours in my day today, during which time I watched as my breathing grew slow and steady, like i reached the 3 mile mark in a 10 mile marathon. Sure I'm tired, sure its repetative now, sure I dig the meaning of the games thrown at me from all sides, but I can still feel the weight of those remaining 7 miles in my lungs. It's all about pace now.

i wanted to stay and watch every leaf fall. december is coming. the winery was beautiful.
