I finally read THG just so I could read all your fic, and they are just as gut-wrenchingly amazing as I expected. Sob. Oh Haymitch. This is such a believable look into who he was and who he became.

Also I really, really like the way you write Snow.

I am not very good at leaving constructive comments so HERE, HAVE SOME FLAILING.

FLAILING IS TOTALLY OKAY. Sorry I took so long to get back to this but I'm really flattered and thankful and I love writing this man's story, you have no idea. Well maybe some idea.

OMG! I love this fic. It's so sad but it's perfect at the same time.

I can totally believe Haymitch was like this.

He's my favorite, and I've been looking for good fics about him. This one is the best I've found. You made me love Donna, and hate Snow even more.

I really like the way you presented Haymitch's team and his post-Games momments in Capitol, but even more his life in Distric 12. It's so terrible the way it ends...

Thank you so much! Haymitch is my favorite too, though Finnick and Cinna come close, and I really felt the need to explore him. I'm glad you liked my take, and my OCs as well.

Oh god. Seriously, this fandom, everything is always breaking my heart. Amazing work, but I am thisclose to TEARS and I don't know what to say except that this HURTS but it's GOOD and I don't know what to do with that. Oh Haymitch.

(And the way you dot the surnames around, implying the generation of our canon's parents, and that line about 12 being one huge family and...UGH.)
