This was wonderful. From the descriptions of Bruce flying and the battle where Fiorella slashed Clark’s chest to her final demise I was on the edge of my seat. However, when they got home and Bruce took Clark I just about fainted away. This was unbelievely hot, beautifully written. I mean the words themselves describing the action were so vivid and lovely that they painted a very intense picture in my mind. I guess you can say I was enraptured like Clark.
I know there is only one part left, but I hope that there could be more stories with Clark and Vampire Bruce down the line. I’m not too proud to beg for a series of them. *g*

*beams happily* Aw, thanks! I had a great deal of fun writing this chapter--both finishing off Fiorella (which I probably enjoyed more than I should have) and the sex (and I won't say I enjoyed it more than I should have!)
arch_schatten has been mulling writing a sequel to this series, and I know her take on it would be fantastic. I've been thinking about angles as well--I might have to do more comprehensive research on vampire tropes while I'm in the US, yes. *nods solemnly*
I'm delighted you enjoyed this chapter and thank you so much for commenting on it!

Seriously, the battle was awesome! Poor Clark, being bitten by the vampires, but Bruce saves the day with his beautiful black wings! Yes, I foresee aerial sex in their future. :)
And the sex scene was very well done. :)
I do like Clark insisting that Bruce isn't soulless. He isn't like Fiorella or those other vampires. He is still a good person, vampire or not. :)

They don't even take long to get to it, the eager boys. *grin*

Dan suggests it's not the being a vampire so much as the act of killing people to consume them that costs you your soul. Which I would like to think...
Rai's art is really gorgeous and subtle! I've been very engrossed in it for a while now. :)
