This fic is getting more amazing with every single chapter! I had a feeling I knew where this fic would be going in the long run, but now I can't wait for more!

And so Thorin Oakenshield and Bilbo Baggins entered Taur-nu-Eleni, the forest under the stars, where dwelt a malice as cold and detached as it was eternal.

I'll be honest, I needed a break from writing ten characters at once, lol! They won't be separated for the whole rest of the story, but a couple of chapters to focus on Thorin and Bilbo seemed a good idea. *grin*

That is entirely understandable. I rarely manage to juggle more than three or four characters around, so attempting a whole fellowship sounds exhausting. (And more one and one couple time is probably fun for everybody.)
