The word seemed oddly, frankly sexual there in the middle of the dry scientific phrases, and John broke off in confusion before reminding himself it had nothing to do with sex, it was just that Sherlock had him thinking about sex, about coupling, lovely term, really, making a couple, doubled pleasure, doubled…
OMG! Poor John. :D
The man always knew precisely how much pressure needed to be applied, and where, and when, damn him.
