It started so simply: see if I can set things up so that Bruce goes to Arkham and Dick becomes Batman. And along the way I

• Killed Alfred
• Unmasked Bruce
• Made Maggie Sawyer the GCPD commissioner
• Changed the name of Wayne Enterprises
• Sent Tim to San Francisco to be with the TT fulltime and call himself "The Harrier"

I remember the Western AU fondly! I don't think I see many AUs along those lines, and you did some fascinating things with it. :) (I unlocked my post so I could answer you!)
