Okay, you gotta print that out. Ol' Steve King had a nail in the wall where he put all his rejection notices.
Then, when you're rich and famous you can write a terse note back when they want your book! :D

Heh, I doubt I'd ever make that, but thanks for the encouragement! I did know about his 'Wall of Failure,' I have been thinking of starting that up myself!

At least the e-query didn't waste any stamps/envelopes from you....

Totally! I mean I'm not '100% yay' about this, but it's still better than just never hearing anything, you know?

OMGoodness, the line above nearly made me spew!

As a person who has a fantasy of being recongnized as a writer, (but hasn't finished that one book I've started) I admire your tenacity in working hard to reach your goal/dreams!

I look forward to buying your first published book. Do you write fiction?

Wow, that sounds like it would be the hardest thing to write.

But then, I think like a southern woman who remember's her grandmothers and write about silly small town things - stuff that doesn't take a lot of imagination, BUT, I make them funny. (grin)

Can't wait to read your work one day.

Well, so did Flannery O'Connor. And Robert McCammon.

Did you ever see that show American Gothic? That's got horror and southern culture elements to it.
