Saturday we went to Skycraft, Thriftko and against my better judgement Home Depot, only because we couldn't remember where the hell a Lowe's was.

Wouldn't surprise me, although he was more 'withered Paul Giamatti' than 'Kreacher.'

I thought about shouting at him and then realized that was probably the single most frightening thing he'd ever encounter, what with the obvious vibe of 'I've been rejected by girls a LOT and it's ALL YOUR FAULT' he was throwing off. Of course I could have kept it low-volume, but still, I was in no mood to have my day shat on by some tech-goblin.

Oh my god, I spent SO MUCH time in Skycraft as a little kid with my dad. I miss it so!

I love it, it's such a fun place to go.

I have a hard time just browsing sometimes though because it's always so busy!

I keep forgetting you grew up in Orlando!

Fun! When I went there in college, most of the cashiers were techie chicks like us. Cute and a little strange. That guy sounds like a n00b! *grin*

In another universe, I would have phased in at that exact moment and yelled "I P0WND YOU N00B!" and then phased back out. Then, wracked with guilt, I would have made a time machine and gotten unstuck in time trying to fix the guy's life.
